Duct condition is the part of a replacement most quotes leave out. Putting efficient equipment on leaking, undersized, or crushed ductwork throws away a good share of what the customer paid for, and it shows up as rooms that still will not cool. We inspect the existing duct system as part of the quote and price any repair openly instead of discovering it halfway through the install.

Choosing Between Repair and Replacement

Not every failed system needs replacing. When a repair makes better financial sense, we say so and quote the repair. When a system is old, leaking refrigerant, and losing efficiency every season, we lay out what a replacement costs and what it changes about the monthly bill, then let the customer decide without pressure.

Installation Warranty

Installation work carries a one-year workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's equipment warranty. Because our own installation team performs the work, the accountability for how the system runs afterward stays in one place instead of being split between a salesperson and a subcontractor.
